Milano Joint Business School Ball was one of the best MBA reunions so far.

Luxury exclusive event with the opportunity to meet with the MBA alumni, RSM Armada people and meeting new friends.

My schedule was tough in terms all the programs I have attended last month. But I didn’t want to miss that one. And it was a bit of challenge for me to attend the Ball the very next day after my CTI Leadership retreat in Sitges was over. Although my body was screaming for some rest and reflection time, the virus was attacking me, my voice was slowly disappearing, but I consciously decided to be “switched on 100%” during the Ball.

And I did.

Leadership Retreat 1 was all about Leader Within, understanding who we really are and what impact we project into our world. Each of us in the group received insights how to bring that Inner Leader alive. So basically I was already on my first assignment the very next day 😉.

And I have got my own “aha” moment.

Despite all the circumstances (tiredness, getting sick, lack of sleep during previous 6 days, overwhelmed mind, different evoked emotions, etc.) I showed up with the conscious awareness of the impact I have. This knowledge, this understanding gives such a power and energy that is now available for me. I was enjoying every single moment of the event being fully present, fully Myself till 4AM and was able to wake up easily at 8:30AM full of energy. I do not remember when was the last time I was awake till that late and be still full of energy.

I have just realized what a big amount of energy we actually waste in holding those masks, in trying to be someone who we are not, trying to push the doors that not ours. And what a frustration we have after, when you realize that you worked so hard, but the result is not there.

What a gift of being aware of who you are, what a gift of being aware of your own strengths and impact, what a gift to be Your True Self.
