Are you the One who:
is looking for a new physical challenge in your life
is seeking more meaning in your life?
want to get away from routine and get connected with nature?
is eager to learn about new culture and meet new people?
There is a good news as you could choose one of Camino paths, walk it by yourself and see what gifts Camino gives to you.
If you are the One who is also:
Feeling “stuck” in your carrier or personal life, and is lost in which direction to move forward
reading motivational books, blogs, listening to podcasts, but still has a feeling you are going in circles and unable to create any change
you have an idea(s) that you would like to implement but something holds you back and keep sabotaging you
trying to implement all the new habits (the morning routine, the gym, etc,) and realise that after few days it has all fallen to the side again
Feeling alone, without any support and understanding from the people around you
There is even better news for you, as you might be ready for Coaching, and during several sessions you will be able to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be in achieving your goal(s). It is the most efficient and less time consuming way of discovering who You really are, what your talent(s) are, and what drives and fulfils you in life.
And only if you are courageous enough to “walk the talk”, to deepen your learning while walking 20-25 km per day and immediately forward the required action(s), one of the Camino Coaching Programs could be for You. These Coaching programs are developed in a way that you could combine two incredible experiences: walking your Camino and getting individual co-active coaching on the way. By walking several days/weeks and listening to yourself, to your own “wants” and “needs”, you will receive your answers. The question is what you will do with those answers?
You could go back home and remember your Camino trip as a nice holiday full of new thoughts, insights, learning, new cultural experience, meeting new people, etc., and that is OK if that what you want and need at this moment of your life;
Or you could use this journey and convert it into the lifetime adventure by deepening this learning, by developing concrete steps and action plan during several coaching sessions on the way, and finally begin living your life on the fullest
There are two groups that you could join, each is limited up to 15 people, including myself, to make Camino Coaching Program private and ensure individualized attention:
October 2019 - Camino Portuguese (Central + Spiritual Ways): This Central Portuguese route is the preferred choice for one quarter of pilgrims arriving at Santiago, ranking second behind the French route in number of pilgrims. This way takes in many different landscapes across Northern Portugal and Galicia, from lush forests and vineyards to rolling green hills and lovely villages dotted with magnificent Baroque and Romanesque churches. You will travel along ancient paths, following in the footsteps of Queen Isabel of Portugal who took this trail to Santiago de Compostela in the 13th century. Once in Valenca do Minho, pilgrims will cross the River Minho over the International Bridge to reach Tui, in Galicia. From Tui, you will continue North towards Santiago reaching the famous Rías Baixas, home of Albariño white wine and some of Europe’s top seafood. In Galicia, the Portuguese Camino trail takes you to forests, farmlands and lovely historic villages and cities such as Pontevedra. From there on Day 8 we will join the Spiritual route, that goes to the coast. The name “Spiritual” refers to origin of the route that is believed to follow the way the rest of apostle St. James was transferred to Santiago in 44AD. This route starts in Pontevedra and finished in Padron, it consists of two walking days and one boat ride on Day 11. This marine route is considered to be the origin of all the Camino de Santiago. Then we will have the last 25 km to reach Santiago de Compostela, our official end point. And if you are still full of energy, you could walk the extended route to Finisterra, or Muxia, or to both locations. These two main villages are located near the ocean, and this place is called “The End of the World”. In terms of physical challenge this route is rated as moderate as well. The available options are the following:
2 weeks Camino Portuguese Coaching Program + Optional Extended Route
1 week Camino Portuguese Coaching Program + Optional Extended Route
